RL venting
I too can be passive aggressive bitch! This insight was brought to you by non-contributing group mate for our weekly presentation. In any case, presentation is done done done, to be submitted minus his name. If you didn't submit because you thought you are already failing this module, well, then you don't mind in the slightest that we are honoring your nil effort in our front page. Also fortunately I anticipated this, which is why I already did the slides he should have been doing along with mine.
This round of Neurological posting: interesting, and extremely taxing on the brain, no irony intended. Our instructor for this round has plenty of homework assignments in addition to our hospital work -- but as we told the regular staff at the ward, most of us love the place and would gladly come back to work for our probation period or as confirmed staff. I do like slightly more focused disciplines-- I'm not sure if it really does correlate with also more disciplined nurses, but the standards at the medical ward we were last posted at were kind of sloppy.
It also makes me want to watch Inception x50. Or else zombie movies, though so far I recall that all the zombie movies I have actually seen? None of the zombies actually utters a single cry of brains. It is all V2 on the Glasgow Coma Scale -- incomprehensible sounds, moans and groans only. does that mean when the zombie apocalypse comes my reflex will be to do neurological assessment instead of running
Otoh, I am not sure if I am neurological nurse material, since up to now I still get all my cranial nerves mixed up. >_
