Still reeling: Princess Diana manga exists! Shock!
There are some things that you know perfectly well indulging in them is an exercise of sado-machoism...and you do it anyway.
IOW, I present to you: Princess Diana manga.
I have read exactly two chapters just to confirm my suspicions that yes, Diana here is a big eyed, pixie-sh shoujo heroine; Prince Charles is of course, tall and has surprisingly curly hair (or does he gel it down?), and Camilla Parker Bowles has EVIL LASER EYES. I like that in a woman.
I presume Mysterious Guy X is Dodi.
...I mean, what, if shonen manga could do a body swap with President Obama and a teenage Japanese schoolgirl, why is my brain breaking over this?! Is this the train-wreck fascination thing working against me? Oh, yeah, need to give you guys pictorial proof.
Should I read chapter 3?
CONVINCE ME AGAINST THIS FOOLISHNESS.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, Yung Kao is a Taiwanese male mangaka.

Yup, that's her drawn with EVIL, EVIL eyes. THE EVIL ONE, THE SCARLET WOMAN ET CETERA, in other words, I actually think this is a pretty cool rendering of Camilla Parker Bowles. I think it's because the eye to face ratio is slightly more proportional and not quite as disturbing as Diana's.

NO LIE. THERE ARE FLOWERS AND STUFF. AND HIM LOOKING TRAGIC. (I do not think he should be allowed to appear in shoujo manga.)
