well today's been great! Went out to the central library to return some books with my friend. But the weather's so nice today so we thought we should avoid hitting the books for an hour or so and go for a walk around town. Went to Albert Dock for a walk, who knows.. the Mathew Street Music Festival's there and there's some excellent gigs lined up this afternoon. So we thought, hey.. why not stay for one gig? SO we did.. and the bands were incredible! And we stayed for not one but FIVE gigs! We were there from 3 until 8pm, dancing, singing and yelling together for the entire evening! whew! damn I'm tired and slightly deaf now! but it was great. definitely worth the time and energy to hang around. *happy wave* can't dance anymore, I'm dog tired.. x_x! but still what a great day it's been... I'd recommend this to anyone who loves The Beatles and good ol' fashion rock and roll music who's around UK during August to come to Liverpool for this festival. Definitely worth the visit. DAmn the bands were great!
