Nope, the 2nd leg team's coverage is Sagada and Bontoc in Mountain Province; Banaue, Mayoyao and Aguinaldo in Ifugao; and Ramon in Isabela.
It is the 3rd leg team that passed through Kalinga. I'll check their itinerary.
Below is the excerpt from “Aguinaldo’s Odyssey” which defined the scope of the 2nd leg team’s itinerary.
After the defeat of Gen. Gregorio Del Pilar at Tirad Pass, President Aguinaldo with his companions and the remaining forces left Cervantes in the evening of December 2, 1899 for Banaue passing through Tadian, Bagnen, Sagada and Bontoc.
They arrived at the rancheria of Sagada on December 3, 1899 stopping briefly for lunch. Afterwards they proceeded to Bontoc arriving late in the afternoon. They stayed there for two days.
They continued their journey to Banaue on December 5, 1899 passing through the rancherias of Talubing (Brgy. Talubin) and Ambayuan (Brgy. Bay-yo).
President Aguinaldo and his troops arrived at Banaue on December 7, 1899 after their exhausting march from Cervantes. They stayed there for two weeks (until December 21). Here they were able to rest and even witness the kañao feast of the Igorots. In Banaue, their enemies were not only the Americans but also the Igorots who were just waiting for an opportune moment to behead them.
The President returned to Ambayuan from Banaue on December 22, 1899. There they met their women companions who left Banaue the previous day. They proceeded to Talubing the next day.
At Talubing on December 24, 1899 the President received word that the Americans have arrived in Bontoc. He instructed his family and the other women to remain in the rancheria and allow themselves to be captured by the Americans.
The President then left for Ambayuan the following day. But just before crossing the river between Talubing and Ambayuan, he instructed an aide to return to Talubing to get his family and those who wish to journey with him deeper into the mountains.
Returning to Banaue, President Aguinaldo and his troops pushed onwards climbing high mountains with steep ascents; they experienced dizziness due to heat, hunger and thirst; and their legs and knees were weak and trembling. Many soldiers were crawling and crying, but for fear of being left behind although they have already suffered much, they forced themselves to walk.
At 6:00 PM of January 1, 1900 they arrived at Mayoyao where they spent the night well. They stayed there for two days. Then they proceeded to Bunhian (Aguinaldo) and spent the night there.
Finally, after three months of suffering, they have left behind them the extensive and forbidding mountains. Hunger, thirst, heat, cold, painful breathing, dizziness, tremors of legs and knees, faintness, and the dark night - all these have come to an end. They arrived at Oscaris in Isabela at 8:30 PM of January 7, 1900.
