St Patty's Day
So the day has arrived. St Patty's Day!!! YAY!!! I just had to know what the Irish does so I finally bucked up and asked my very Irish boss. This is what I learned.
In Ireland, St Patricks day is more like Easter. They get a day off from work.... Family's get together and eat dinner. Corn Beef is a myth..they actually eat Ham. Although they drink, they don't go wild or "paint the rivers green" as she says. lol And she said that Americans celebrate a lot crazier than they do. So a family holiday for them...our excuse to get drunk. how funny. We both agreed that Boston would be the place to go and celebrate if you're going to party... Boston can't get anymore Irish-American....

I got cupcakes from safeway with green sprinkles for the team.... I wanted to get a mini flag and give it to my boss... but.. i didn't feel like putting the effort in.
