weeeeee~~ did my last day at Patchi yesterday =D and it ended off fab working w my fav colleague Patchi Alice wahaha~ glad that claud got her to come down instead of e new parttimer =)))
been busy the whole day, cos there's this customer actually ordered 50 boxes of 1kg assorted chocs! that's like 50 x $12 = $600! tians..anyway my fulltimer went to get e chocs for us to pack and she only took out like 8types of chocs when u know we have abt 20++ diff types in e classic choc range? futhermore the nice to eat chocs are not among those she took for us, I thought it was stupid..ur customer spend so much on e chocs all e more u shld provide them w good pdts, in this case more assortment, more variety and not make gd use of this chance to get rid of ur not-so-nice to eat chocs. haii..she's totally asking e customer not to buy frm the shop again lo. stupid. it's easier to retain a customer then to gethold of new one.
ohwells, neway got to do xmas hampers =D sometimes I really dun mind doin such no-brainer jobs.
