(no subject)
This has been a really nice weekend.
Friday I got off work early as usual (most of the time). Came home and relaxed. Went to bed. Saturday, woke up bright and early and hung around the house till about 1'sh in the afternoon I went to crazy Wally World to pick up a gift for my godson, turned 2 on saturday. So damn cute he is. I'll get some pix on here one day. Had fun at his party. He's a nut, he had a lil red water gun with a holster around his waist and he was runnin around like he was james bond or something, pointed his gun going pow pow pow. He got some cool stuff for his bday. I got him the Towtruck guy from CARS (cant think of his name). after the cake and food. we were outside playin around. i was showin him and his 4yr old cousin how to squish these lil bitty sugar ants that were on the lil playhouse they were sittin in, and his cousin says "I'm not a very good bug squisher" was really cute :P I had fun. But my great day was just getting started.
Little after four, my friend Tara, from Montevallo, came down to see me. Met with her in prattville and she followed me to my house and we left her car there so it wouldnt get towed or bothered with. She sure did look lovely. In flip flops and a blue dress with black polka dots. Wowowowweeee. We went to the Alabama Shakespeare Festival Park in montgomery (blount cultural park). Went walkin and saw someone in the gardens rehearsing their wedding. (would be a cool place to get married). Went walking around, went down by one of the ponds and there was a lil baby water moccasin basking in the sun. got a couple shots of him before we got to close and he swam back into the water. Got to see some nice size turtles swimmin around. We got around ot the other side of the pond and there some ducks and baby ducks over there. Was cute. Took some pictures:
We walked around the park some more in the unbelievable heat. Felt good everytime a breeze was blowing. Saw the bride from earlier out in the park having her picture taken. And here is my friend Tara:

Well after the park, we went to Kabuki sushi and steakhouse. I ordered a Eel/cucmber Roll and a Kabuki Special rRoll, prolly some of my favorite sushi. Tara got something else but was really good. Then we had some friedcheesecake...mmm good. After Kabukii we drove around and showed her Six Flags over Jesus (Frazier, a huge church in montgomery) and on the way there it rained, HARD and by the time we left the church area it was pouring down really good, hard enough to not be able to see to far ahead. Made it to the mall and get a decent spot w/o gettin to badly soaked. She helped my find to really nice shirts. and they fit good (thanks tara!!) She bought her an Invader Zim steering wheel cover, twas rad. So after leaving the insanely crowded mall. Drove to east chase and went to Booksamillion, got some coffee and looked at some magazines and saw some cool stuff. I gots me a magazine that i likes.
Well it was getting late and so we headed back to prattville and back to her car so she could go home, got me a ginormous hug :) Had lots and lots of fun, hope we can go do it again. After droppin her off and leading her back to the interstate, went over to my best friend John's parents house to to see john and cyndee and their brand new terrier/chihuahua mix purebred puppy. Was cute dog. I want one. After hanging out for a lil while. came home and played some EA Sports FIght Night Round 3, then went to bed. Woke up and here I am.
Gotta find something fun to do today. Might go help John and Cyndee paint some at their new house. who knows.
