All Kinds Of Spirals

Gallery set-up yesterday, since snow pretty much fucked up any chance we had of getting it done on Sunday. I just got a call from Liya. My whole set-up is falling off the wall. YAY. YIPPIEFUCKINKIIYAY. Kill me now.

Sunday was grand. It almost made me sad that I'm moving to Florida. ALMOST. Jay came and picked me up at about 11 and we went to Dunk's for some coffee. The snow had started to slow, and stopped for about a half-hour. Having not been previously primed enough this winter, we thought it was over, despite the predictions of 10-15 inches. Haha, silly us. We went to Nashua, and by the time we got there, the snow was in full swing again. WE had driven up there, so we made the best of it and went shopping anyways. On the way home, we couldn't see more than 15 feet in front of us. Frightening, I know, but I felt very safe being next to Jay and having him drive. We stopped at Wendy's when we got back to the Rick, and Jay thought it would be smart to grab some snow off the drive thru ledge and throw it at me. Confines spaces make it really hard to get away from someone, especially when you've just thrown snow at them. I picked up the snow in my lap and stuffed it down the back of his shirt. Lisa-1, Jay-0. THe employee at Wendy's thought it was a riot.

We went to his house and busted out my new airbrush. That kept us amused for about an hour, and then we watched MythBusters. I heart that show. We generally had a wonderful day.

The other intern I was working with has mysteriously disappeared. Oh, well.
