1 month is a long time
where the hell is summer going? its' going into the past too damn fast! that's for sure...but i'm enjoying it! lets see.....i've done all of the above in the last 6 weeks:
*got my wisdom teeth out which went well b/c i was pretty much fine the next day:-D
*watched my big brother graduate from college
*went to bloomington for a few days to celebrate my lovely wonderfully beautiful friend sheri's 21st birthday and had a blast!
*went to Madison, WI to find a place for Ryan to live
*had ryan's grad party
*and now i'm starting to finally see my friends more!
*work, work, work, work, work! I totally love my job though...the people i work with are so amazing and make it so worthwhile to be at work. plus, they have this program at st. margaret's where once a pay period, the techs can go observe a surgery or shadow an rn on our floor or on another floor at either campus which has been great so far. i've shadowed nurses on my floor both times and its awesome b/c its an extra day to get paid but not have to wipe ass and stuff like that. i'm gonna talk to my manager and either schedule to see an open heart surgery or go shadow a nurse in the NICU/Nursery for this pay period..whoop dee whoop! plus, working this much isn't so bad when you're paycheck are nice and large:) plus, i just finished working 6 days in a row which means i got overtime....HOLLA! not even on purpose but maybe ill plan that on purpose some more:-P
i've only been to one sox game so far but it was great. i went with ryan and our seats were AWESOME plus we had passes to go to the clubhouse and get whatever we wanted beforehand....SWEETNESS! speaking of my boys in black, they've been doing great and i'm really excited to be at the game in nyc vs. the yankees!
my 21st birthday is in just 4 short days!! i can't wait and if you want to come out with all of us, just let me know!!
well, i'm gonna go hang out and watch a movie/fall asleep. you all have a fantastic week and call me so we can hang out! oh, come over tomorrow for a little midweek party if you'd like:) call me for details!
