yea so for those of you don't know, my dog died on saturday. while i was on the retreat-lets just say i was pretty bipolar that day. very sad yet incredibly happy around all of those amazing people. but they put her to sleep and my house is empty but theres nothing i can do or could have done about that so i've accepted it. its just kind of quiet.
