monthsary!
Scout and I had another monthsary yesterday (Sunday), and it's our 3rd :) It was another fun, relaxing weekend spent with my favorite friend in the world :) Last night, we made macaroni Alfredo for dinner:
It took around an hour and 45 minutes to make. We thought it was gonna be around 30 minutes :p I think the time-eaters were: waiting for the pasta to finish cooking (we shoulda done this first), chopping stuff, frying stuff. We also cooked too much macaroni. Anyway, I was worried it was going to be another mistake, but she liked it. So did I :) What a nice dinner. If only I had the energy to plan some kind of dessert. (I do owe her a leche flan cooking misadventure)
I'm glad we have such fun together, even if the beginning of our relationship was messy and confusing. It all makes sense now. Can't wait to see her next weekend :)
