I assume nothing. However I do think my current job kicks ass. My boss seems to be another ex-milintel dev lead who has deep knoledge. I just occasionally have to do meeting regulation and keep people on project, and deal with Irish BS. Fortunately I have experiience in his area. It's a bit hard to translate from "all in one guy's head" to something we can all agree upon, but thanks to intellisense we can fuck that problem in the ass.
