You know it's not a good start to a day when you go out to get coffee and while you're pouring sugar, the lid pops off showering your empty cup with an avalanche of white.. or after that when you check to find there's no half n half, or while you're waiting for the half n half to be refilled another employee bumps into you spilling your hot coffee (not tempered by cream) onto your hand.
