(no subject)
This weekend turned out a hell of a lot better than I thought.
School on Friday sucked, I wasn't feeling myself. Work that night picked me up though. It was dead for a Friday, so Val and I just hung out and laughed the whole time. We wanted to go see Mean Girls after we were off, but it didn't work out cause she didn't want to drive past midnight. That baby :x
Jess woke me up with her call the next morning at 11:00. I thought she was just gonna hang here or we'd go bowling or something little, but she suggested another trip to Berkeley. Almost didn't happen though because of my dad. He pretty much said "fuck off, I don't care about you" to my face. Whatever though, I'll remember it when his birthday rolls around.
Valerie called a little before I left to wish me a happy birthday, which was expected seeing as she ditched me for prom (yeah I'm a bitter jealous bitch XD). My brother then drove Jessie and I down to the bart which took us to Berkeley. It was really fun there, and we didn't have to rush through the stores like last Saturday. Bought some CD's at Rasputin, and some spiffy ripped up jeans no one but me will like at the thrift stores. Ate at Quizno's, bought $10 worth of Jelly Bellys (I went a little overboard :x), and tried on clothes while Jessie helped this gay dude pick out the right shoes.
We got back off the bart around 6:00, her dad dropped me off and I got changed real fast. Chelsea left me this extremely sweet message on my answering machine which put an even bigger smile on my face. At 6:30 we went to pick Jess up again and we all headed to my Uncle's in Alameda. There we hung out with him, his new girlfriend, and my two cousins. Watched some Family Guy and stuffed our faces. I ended up getting $50 from them which I really wasn't expecting at all o__o;
We didn't get home til after 12:00. I listened to my new CD's and went to bed late. I had to get up early this morning for work, and got back a little over an hour ago. Now a shitload of homework and I'm falling asleep. Maybe my mom will let me stay home tomorrow :x
