Shiva- what is it? you may be asking
Shiva is when the mourning family hosts a gathering with TONS of food for family and friends. The rabbi then comes and says a prayer and we talk about memories and share thoughts. It's at our house we're sitting shiva on the following nights: Tues, Wed. Thurs, Sun.
