A very, very delightful weekend.
I'm currently sitting on my porch, feeling relaxed and refreshed from a rather upsetting week, school-wise. I'm not sure how this quarter is going to pan out - I'm trying to stay positive and not feel overwhelmed and cranky about a number of aspects, but it's hard.
I finally saw THE pony! As in, the one in my user icon! He was lovely in person. :) Sadly, the NPM apparently no longer sells the wall scroll repro ... I was a titch upset about that. I'm excited to see what else they're going to be opening up on display; today Anna and I really just went through the paintings (Song calligraphy & painting) and toddled upstairs to see the jade cabbage in its new area.
Lots of work to do tomorrow, but I'm glad I had a loverly Friday and Saturday. Makes Sunday & WORK much more bearable.
For now, I'm going to drink my birthday Johnny Walker and Coke and listen to pretty music and enjoy the (crisp) weather.
