  - This is the story when Bartimaeus met and talked with King Solomon.
  - Bartimaeus' tongue is as sharp as ever regardless who his master is!

Yay! Thanks again for pointing out the free shipping :) I'm surprised they don't send emails about their free shipping offers. I see they mentioned it on facebook though; guess I should follow them there.

I ordered the rest of Skyblue Shore and a couple of this month's new books :D (Yona!!!!! and Hidaka-sensei!!! and new Emura~)

By the way, I also got the magazines I ordered from CDJ today. If you're curious about the extras (HtY calendar, Kanoko postcard-illustrations) I can scan a sample for you...

YAY! I'm assuming that you've ordered tankobon version. There is also bunko re-released of this series. The covers look really nice. I hope you have time to read and explain the story to me :)

Thanks for the offer. I may have seen the HtY calendar of Red-Haired Snow white, right? I'm more curious about the chapter of Kanoko, what are they up to now? I doubt that Tsubaki is any closer to his goal. Have you had time to finish volume 5?

Yes, of course I'll read and chat with you about Skyblue Shore!!! :D I'm not entirely sure when... I got a few pages into Orange Choco 5 and then got distracted by work and other books. But I'm looking forward to it! I did order the regular editions, because I like those best. Hopefully none are out of print!

The HtY calendar is by various artists from HtY. The SnowWhite calendar came with LaLa magazine (I didn't get that one; I like seeing the variety of the many artists).

I did finish Koi dano 5. The new chapter in LaLaDX was more student council election business. I'm not sure since I'm missing some context (one chapter between v5 and this issue) and I'll wait to give it a closer read when v6 comes around... but Kanoko and Tsubaki might have both entered the running for student council?? They had some cute moments, as usual. Kanoko is oblivious, as usual :)

Ah, Lala, of course, I'm confused between these magazines!

only 1 chapter between volume 5? that is slow :) I can guess the story is similar to when Kanoko joined the newspaper club, Tsubaki joined to protect her. He entered beauty pageant, she also entered to protect him. They just took turns protecting each other :P You prefer regular edition? is it because it's bigger than bunko?

How's their trip to amusement park? Looks like there are some hic-cups :)
What's going on in chapter 17?
about the end of chapter 18, why did the prez hug Kanoko?

Ch18. Tsubaki's in a good mood almost from the start, because while he and Kano are talking she mentions that he's cool like a celebrity, and he's surprised she says that, but she points out that everyone (including herself) would think that from the first time they saw him. On p151, the text behind him says "Naedoko thought I was cool ever since middle school~" Later Kanoko is looking over the election posters and sees Otabe is running! Yikes! And then he himself spots her, so she runs away again... and president Yabuki reaches out to help her hide. He gives her the hint that Otabe tends to choose left, so if she does the same she'll keep getting caught. Then he says he knows she was behind the plot to let 3rd years run for club presidency, which she tries to deny but is seen through (see her "Yes!" face on p169). They talk about something else (it's probably important to the plot but this is getting long ^^; ) and then Tsubaki shows up to question why she blushed when the president held her; she never cares when he does it. She says ( ... )

I like Momoka. She's such a Kanoko fangirl :) I hope Natsu has some hope. Poor kid!

Haha, this reminds me of a short story by Kyoko Hikawa. The boy, Ojika, in that story has a very good voice and he uses it to his advantages, whispering to her ear :P - I talked about it here.
