Chronicles of Narnia movies, Ozma and manga

• Movie:
  1. The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
     - borrowed from BPL
     - It was good.
     - I didn't like Edmund very much but the movie did make me feel sorry for him because of the way the witch treated him.
     - I like Peter, Lucy, and Susan and the actors playing them. Overall, it's a good movie.
     - I like it so much that I went and borrowed the sequel from the library.
  2. The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
     - borrowed from BPL
     - If the previous movie was Edmund's fall, this one is definitely Peter's turn to make mistakes and lots of them :)
     - The movie is a bit different from the book as I remember it, especially the romance part between Susan and Caspian which I can do without. It's awkward similar to Lucy's response to Susan's reply when Caspian returned the horn!
     - I do like the actor playing Caspian.
     - Peter is a bit annoying here.
     - I'm borrowing the third movie :) and thinking of getting them.
• Anime:
  
  1. Ozma (オズマ) Episode 1-6
     - Watch on Crunchy Roll.
     - Interesting, but sad. It didn't make sense that Dick had to go to a suicide mission to calm Ozma since Maya is in it, she should be able to do something. I felt that Dick must die for the sake of drama! since he can't live.
     - I found out that 100+ episodes of Galaxy Express 999 are available on Crunchy Roll, I'll check them out.
• Comics:
  
  1. Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen, adapted by Nancy Butler, art by Janet Lee
     - borrowed from APL
     - I thought I had read all Jane Austen's books, but I don't remember this one!
     - All I can say is Catherine is a very lucky lady, despite her naivete, she didn't meet any misfortune unlike (cough cough Tess or Marianne Dashwood!) I kept waiting for something bad to happen to her. Now I have to read the original.
• Manga:
  
  1. Cross Game 8 - The End by Mitsuru Adachi.
     - Long awaited ending of a good and interesting series. Too bad it doesn't do very well - hence the delay! Unlikely other series of the author will be released. Sad!
     - I'm a bit surprised where the story ends. - I had expected the team would win the cup as the end - which I like very much, Wakaba's dream was fullfilled.
     - Very good.
  2. Reread Naration of Love at 17 1-4 by Kyeong-ok Kang
     - Still very good. I should read the author's other available series on netcomic
  3. Pride 3 by Yukari Ichijo
     - JManga.
     - I'm not sure what to make of Jinno.
     - Shio is going forward with can't back out from the wedding now. Didn't I mention that Jinno is scary!
     - Ikenohata is starting to have feelings for Shio. Shio likes him but will marry Jinno. Moe likes Jinno. Whom does Jinno like? I can't tell. I hope that Shio and Ikenohata will end up together and Moe with Jinno because she wants it. I don't care whom Jinno ends up with, isn't that mean of me? :P
     - Moe and Shio found something in common - singing together. It seems that they've become rivalry-friend. It's fun when they jab at each other's singing way.
     - I can't wait for volume 4.

Rambling:

• I got Koi dano Ai dano 5 by Ririko Tsujita. Kanoko seems still very interested in politics. Now she's in the radar of a lot of powerful people at school. Poor Tsubaki. There is another teaser for fans!
