11. Must love dogs. Quote: "I think your heart grows back bigger ya know, once you get the shit beat out of you. And the universe lets your heart expand that way, cause thats the function of all this pain and heartache that you go through and you gotta go through that to come out to a better place"
from Wiki from IMBd Must love dogs is a fun movie. I really like it, thinking of adding it to my dvd collection :) I do like John Cusack even though I observe that he's gained weight - sign of aging I guess; surprisingly Dermot Mulroney isn't so bad here. Then again, he's not the main character so I don't have to root for him - hee. I also like Diane Lane and Elisabeth Perkins. Their sisterly interactions are great.
12. Pride and Prejudice (1940). Quote: "You must allow me to tell you how ardently I admire and love you."
from Wiki from IMBd Pride and Prejudice (black and white version) is awesome. Laurence Olivier as Mr. Darcy and Greer Garson as Elizabeth Bennet. Sigh (in a good way)!
from Wiki from IMBd Whisper of the heart is a great anime from Studio Ghibbli. Very cute movie. Of course, I had to go and read the manga (both itself and the sequel - I found online at wingsee.com (will edit for the url later). Now I have to get The Cat Returns. I'm not obsessed or anything.
Oh, and fanfic of "whisper of the heart" - some are written by men. Somehow I find that surprising! I shouldn't, right! I also found an interesting message board and read an very fascinating discussion about "Graves of the Fireflies" very enlightening!

11. Falling Angel
Falling Angel is alright. I don't feel much for the protagonist - there are many voices which are interesting. I like Peter and Maude characters. I felt bad for Lily May. It's funny, that I seem to care for stock charaters nowadays.
12. The Beggar Queen
The Beggar Queen is the last of the Westmark Trilogy. I finished it quickly because I wanted to know the ending. I'll reread it for more depth.
I also read 2 Pride and Prejudice's fanfic's - yes, I'm still obsessed about Mr. Darcy.
Currently reading "The year of Griffin."
