    1. Chapter Book:
    2. Danny the Champion of the World by Roald Dahl
      - Borrowed from apl
      - Read by Peter Serafinowicz
      - Great fun story about father-son relationship.
    3. Thor's Wedding Day By Thialfi, the goat boy, as told to and translated by Bruce Coville
      - Borrowed from apl
      - Full cast - surprising very enjoyable listen.
      - What a fun story. I like it very much. So much so that I want to find more about Norse Gods.
    1. Manga: I got a box from Lys last week. Thanks. So I'm reading Yen Press this week and French manga.
    2. Barakamon 5 by Satsuki Yoshino
      - I like this series better and better every book. I'm never tired of this series and the characters. The kids are fun and Handa's antics and city boy behaviours are hilarious.
      - Bath time :P
      - Summer festival, fireworks.
      - Sensei, how could you?!!!!!!!!!!!!?
      - "Star" calligraphy is impressive.
      - Can't wait for volume 6
    3. Hibi Chouchou (Edelweiss et Papillons) 3 by Suu MORISHITA - in French
      - Hikari is trying her best. Unfortunately, it's a lost cause. Supporting characters know about their mutual feelings, main characters do, but they don't want each other to know :)
    4. The World is still beautiful 1-3 by Shiina Dai - in French
      - Nike - 4th princess from rain country going to the sun country to be the king's bride
      - At the end of volume 3, Nike is back to the rain country for a visit and Livi also comes for a visit and discovers some plots.
      - Livi's mother and his uncle. Back story.
    5. Dreamin' sun - vis tes reves! 1 by Ichigo Takano - in French
      - Shimana ran away from home because she was unhappy and ran into a 20-year-old man who offers a place for her to stay as his tenant with 2 other boys with 3 conditions.
      - Of course, she fell in love not with the 20-year-old man. He's very decent, he made her call home and let her parents know her whereabouts which she's reluctant to do and cites her phone runs out of battery.
      - It's not that she has a neglecting family. Her father wants her to move back home, but she wants to leave somewhere else because she's unhappy at home. One of the reason was she started to forget her mother who had died a few years ago. Her father remarried because he thought she needed a mother. The stepmother is nice, but she felt not belonging.
      - Don't know if I will continue.
    6. The Ancient Magus Bride 1 by Kore Yamazaki
      - I didn't know what to expect of this book/series. I'm curious about it because of the cover and title.
      - It turns out to be very fun read. The girl is cautious and not really trusting because of her circumstances so far.
      - There are so many fantastic elements.
      - I look forward to volume 2 since 1 ends on a cliffhanger.
      - The art is fun, too. I like Silky and how after a few days, Chise can read Elias' expression through his eyes :)
      - It's great that the series had a start as a doujin and caught an editor's eye.
      - I like the dragon chapter and some hints of Chise's past.
    7. Reread Laissee pour comte 1-4 by story by Mimori Seike, adapted by Isuzu Shibata - in French
      - I really like Mireille. The princes are entertaining.
      - Of course, Richard!!!! Pardon fangirling :)
