     - I'm glad I watched this one to see Ryōma appologizes to Izumi and only wants to be his friend now. And Izumi has backbones.

  1. Igraine The Brave by Cornelia Funke
     - Borrowed from OPL.
     - Read by Xanthe Elbrick.
     - What a fun story with brother and sister, brother is a magician, sister wants to be a knight. She has a talking cat pet. Her brother has pet mice :)
     - Her parents are magicians, mishap occurred. So it's up to brother and sister to save them, of course.
     - three-headed dragon.
     - I was hoping for sequel, but apparently, this is it! Will reread/relisten.
  2. School for good and evil by Soman Chainani.
     - Borrowed from OPL - mp3 download.
     - Read by Polly Lee.
     - Interesting concept. I'm not sure about the friendship between Agatha and Sophie. It seems that Agatha is a friend, but I can't tell about Sophie, she's swinging back and forth. Anyway, at the end friendship conquered all. And they were able to go back to their hometown.
     - This is the first of a trilogy. The second book is already out and I have borrowed it. So I'll listen to it next.
  3. Kitchen Princess: Search for the Angel Cake by Miyuki Kobayashi and Natsumi Ando
     - Borrowed from OPL
     - Najika is requested to recreate a sponge for a classmate's older relative. It has 4 chapters, one for each season, and 4 recipes. Fast read.
  4. Howl's moving castle by Diana Wynne Jones
     - Borrowed from APL - mp3 download - (oneclick)
     - Read by Jenny Sterlin.
     - I read the book many times. I have a dogeared paperback that I bring with me every time I go on a trip for comfort reading.
     - This is the first time I listen to it. Oh, so good. Still enjoy it, Calcifer, Howl, Sophie ...
