Aww, you watched Beyond the Boundary! I enjoyed that one. I liked the story well enough but I was really watching it for the glasses (girl) and the argyle (boy). Shallow, shallow reasons :)

I'll probably watch Nozaki-kun all the way through as well. It is a ton of fun! I'm curious about Blue Spring Ride, but heard that the anime was already skipping various bits of the manga, so I'd rather hold out and hope that gets licensed instead. (I'm sure Nozaki-kun's anime skips around too, but since it's episodic anyway that doesn't bother me.)

I like Beyond, especially the characters. It's very amusing that Akihito is such a glass-otaku :) I can identify with him :P It does have a good story and twists that I didn't expect. Very enjoyable.

"Shallow, shallow reasons"
Probably not as shallow as I when I watch Free! and Makai Ouji.

"Blue Spring Ride"
I don't mind the skipping since it'll make reading the manga more enjoyable. Fingers crossed that it'll get licensed.

Haha! Watching Free! for shallow reasons is to be expected (I haven't seen Makai Ouji so I can't judge there) :) I thought Akihito got a little carried away with his glasses-love at times, but then I could relate, so... On that note (kinda), I finished watching The Kawai Complex Guide to Manors and Hostel Behavior on CR last night (I do love the avalanche of puns in that title). And there was a Taisho-themed cafe...! And the girl is a bookworm who has a thing for Taisho fashion! ♥♥♥!!!! Now I might have to check out the manga to see if there's more Taisho happiness to be found. Anyway, I thought that anime was pretty sweet, if you're looking for something new to check out.

Great. I was thinking of checking out "The Kawai Complex Guide" after Beyond. Now I will. Too many anime, so little time!
Well, it's kind of unfair to say that about Makai Ouji :) it is in similar vein of "The Mystic Archives of Dantalian" in terms of title design, it's a bit dark but can be hilarious because the characters (devils) are a bit over the top. Anyway, have you watched "The world is still beautiful"?

Oh yay! Glad I mentioned it then! (and glad I remembered to finish it myself. I'd started watching a month or two ago and then got distracted.)

I watched the first episode of Still Beautiful but not any farther. But my interest in the manga is undecided, so maybe I should check out more of the anime to get a better idea.
