two updates in two days! you hookers are so lucky.
I love disciplining my bitches at work. That shit gets me hard. lol So yesterday, one of the supervisors I've got working under me decides she wanted to leave early. Why? Because she was tired and didn't want to be there. Funny. I NEVER want to be there. Anyone with any retail experience knows that the weekends are busy as fuck. So you would think that as a supervisor, on a weekend, this woman would be responsible enough to work the day. But oh no. Not her. And I guess two of my cashiers called out yesterday too. So let's recap!
~supervisor is tired and doens't want to be there
~she leaves at noon, when she was supposed to be there till 6
~two callouts
~it's a sunday.
'Oh sure! You can go right ahead and leave 6 hours early! No worries!'
like wtf! So today when I saw the woman, I got to lay down the law. Good times! And when I find the manager who approved it, I'm coming down on them to. This is the sort of crap that goes on when I've got a day off. I would love so much, and give amost anything, to start all over with 40 brand new people to train and groom in my own image. And not work with the leftovers of my predecessors.

Thanks to Britt, I found out that I'm popular on lj? weird. I'm so much cooler now. lol Oddly enough, I was only number 4 on my friends list in the ranking...I won't say which of you bitches are more popular then me though. There's only room for one ego here!
