one of the best days of my life-mtv
i went to the MTV Movie Awards red carpet on Saturday and it was sooo fuunnnnnnn!!
First off--
I went to the taping of PEPSI SMASH in Studio City on May 25th with Maritess.. It was very fun. WE had to wait for a long time, cuz apparently they weren't ready to have the studio audience sit in just yet.. Nick Zano (sp?) [the host] is really cute. We sat in the bleachers towards the left of the singer.. not behind them. Hopefully me and maritess are on tv. i don't even know when they show will be airing.. possibly tomorrow? Well, Alanis Morissette, Phantom Planet (the band that sings the O.C. theme song, "California", Maroon 5, and Joss Stone sang. They were all realllllllly good. I love Maroon 5! They sang "This love" and "She will be loved".. they were both very good songs. It was so worth the wait. We went home at like 11 and chowed down on In and out burgers cuz we didn't eat the whole time we were there. i don't think i've ever eaten in and out that fast in my life.
May 27th- watched Shrek 2 and New york Minute with anisha and nee2. shrek 2 was funny, but new york minute was pretty lame. we went movie hopping, so i'm glad i didn't have to pay for new york minute. we were pretty scared.. well only me and anisha.. about being in the movie theater cuz we were the only ones there. luckily, no one came in to check our tickets or anything
May 28th- my parents and brother came back from their vacation.. they bought me a lot of fake dvds and cds and stuff.
June 1st-mall with maritess and ann
June 3rd- watched 'raising helen' with anisha..
June 4th- I went back to my apartment cuz emily invited me to go to this frat party. it was pretttty fun. it was different cuz i haven't danced in a while.. but it was so fun to dance and.. just not care about anything. i drank a little bit.. the frat was ucla's Omega Sigma Tau (an asian frat). the party was at a hotel in downtown la. the rooom was big.. they said they expected more of a turnout that's why they rented such a big room. it was "Casino Nite" so a lot of people were trying to win tickets cuz there was a huge raffle at the end. they gave out a lot of cool stuff- ipods, tvs, dvd players, etc. i didn't win anything =(
there weren't that many cute guys.. grr.. me and emily were pretty mad about that. i think cuz they held the party the weekend before 10th week. yeah.. there was a lot of drama cuz one of the girl's we went with got super drunk. and yeah, i hate it when people get that drunk.. so it took forever to get out of the place, cuz she couldn't even stand and junk. ugh whatever.. so we left at like 3am and went to eat at yoshinoya's afterwards.. we got home at 430am. and i was pretty damn tired.
June 5th- went to mtv movie awards. laura and maritess went to pick me up. dude, i live one minute away from Sony studios which is in culver city. so we got there at 2pm but they didn't let us in till 2:45. so we chilled at my apartment till then. we finally went there and we had to wait again in lines. i was so bummed that we didn't get to bring cameras or cell phones.. i wanted to at least use my cell phone wit the camera. gr. oh well, but we finally got to the red carpet at 5pm. and omg. it was one of the best days of my life. it was sOOOOOOOOOOO x100000000 fun.. we were at the bleachers at the back, and once it started, people went to the front so those who were in the front row got to the front first. and i was so lucky towards like 30 mins into the show, 2 people left, so i was able to kinda get to the front. and i got to touch so many stars. it was great!!!!!

yeah, so i didn't get to touch their hands cuz they didn't even want to interact with the fans. they just kinda waved to us.and i forgot who else i saw.. but basically everyone who was on the red carpet.
haha..I can die happy.. i shook hands with MARK RUFFALO!! I was like, "I LOVED 13 GOING ON 30!!!" and he was like, "OH THANK YOU!!!" and he smiled at me! he is soooo nice. it's like a dream come true, cuz i kept saying he was so hot after i saw the movie.. (he's the dude in my icon). omg, i will never forget that moment.
it was so weird being on the red carpet.. with all the cameras and stuff. it's like u can see the paparazzi up close.
it was sooo worth the waiting. the weather was beautiful. i want to see if i'm on tv.... it's on thursday!! yaya
after the red carpet arrivals were over we left.. we had the chance to go into another line to get into the show itself, but it was all full anyway.. so we decided to eat.. we went to roscoe's chicken and waffles..it was soo yummy. =)
overall, it was one of the best days of my life. i will never forget it!!

this week, i went to ucla for work related stuff.. monday, tuesday, and i have to go again on thursday. it's good i didn't have to go today. i now have summer school mon-thurs 6-9 or 6-10. for 6 or 8 weeks. blah.
gosh im so hungry! gotta go eat and study!
