Ok so on my path to healthier eatting and trying to lose a little weight to fit into my clothes! Today I have had..

Breakfast... Frosted Shredded Wheat with milk...

Lunch... Salad with cheese, bacon, tomatoes and fat free Italian dressing with Raspberry Lemonade Crystal Light and a Kashi Granola Bar...

Dinner... not sure yet I'll decide that in a few...

So far I think that's good so far... as long as I can stay away from fast food and junk I think I'll be ok... Hopefully I can start going to the gym soon, not only do we have the gym for free but all the classes they teach too, including Yoga and Spinning Classes which would be awesome, so keep your fingers crossed! :)
