Comments: right ankle started to bother once again on my last .5 mile.. =/ need to do something about that! =/

Comments: new bifday running shoes helped! ankle wasn't a bother.. tried to use other joggers to challenge myself by beating them before a certain landmarks. especially used this one elderly woman who was speed walking as a target. haha got to talk to her a bit on the way out. i'll probably forget what she looks like the next time i see her. =x

Comments: we rode out towards Loma Linda.. pretty nice trail. first 5 miles I took my time riding with jamaica.. and then on our way back.. rode with kristopher and jose. hope to come back again to the same trail soon..
