day 2: run
1.6 miles in 15 minutes.

comment: joey and i ran to michelle's house and we made a big mistake by stopping for a quick drink because joey cramped up bad on his hamstring and we ended up walking our way home that morning. we'll learn.

day 3: bike
12 miles in 01:08

comment: rode from jose's crib to jamaica's crib taking an alternate route up archibald to bike trails all the way to milliken and back. fairly easy ride although i did a lot of catching up to jose throughout the ride. =/ by the time we got to jamaica's.. it was gettin dark so he took us back home. took a detour to In-N-Out for dinner. =x

day 4: swim
Warm-up:
-100 yards easy
-50 yards kick easy
-100 yards moderate
-50 yards kick moderate
-100 yards building speed
-50 yards kick building speed
Main Set:
-4 x 100 yards (15 sec rest each 100 yards) aerobic effort, comfortable breathing
-100 yards kick at steady pace
-6 x 25 yards relaxed speed (30 sec rest)
Warm-Down:
-200 yards easy
TOTAL: 1300 yards (35 minutes)

day 5: run
3 mile run in 00:32:23

comment: i finally managed to run 3 miles non-stop all thanks to coach joey. he was kind enough to stick by me throughout them 12 laps around the Claremont blue track. plus 1 lap for cool down. sure it took me forever but at least now i know i'm capable of doing 3 miles nonstop! :D felt so proud of myself for accomplishing a personal best! ^.^ sure i threw up a little at the very end because i pushed myself too hard too quickly. =x
