Last week I realized that I self-generating a lot of unneccessary stress in my life. For example, my apartment is a mess and I have been getting up a little later each day. When I come home at night I see clutter everywhere and when I get up in the morning I am rushing for no good reason.
This weekend I organized all of my books on LibraryThing.com and shelved them. Today I actually got out of bed at 0620. I feel good beating the sun, making my lunch, and reading a book instead of immediately checking my BlackBerry. One day does not a routine make, but I like this more than the alternative.
