I subscribe
To the
One Bad Day
School of thought
Which is not to say
It is so easy
To topple from
Pure and simple sanity
Into the deep and wretched
Waters of madness
But rather that
Sanity
Is rarely pure
And never simple,
That we are all walking
That razor thin edge
And while some
Will inevitably stumble,
Others, eyes wide,
Take a swandive.
