(no subject)
I didn't realize how much I really do love my friends from back home until recently.. I mean.. I knew I missed everyone, but I just feel different about it now.. I dunno..
So I was on my way to the bank yesterday morning at like 9:30 AM and right when I was about to turn, my truck just died.. it totally just stopped working.. RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAMN ROAD. I had to walk into the bank and ask some ladies to help me move it, and luckily they were nice enough to try to help me. hahaha I guess some dudes driving by saw us struggling, and they stopped.. I was happy we got it into the parking lot.. But then I had to walk all the way home in the 5 degree weather, with wind.. they said on the news that it was like a -5 windchill factor or something.. hahaha.. it sucked so bad.. I cried to Mat almost the whole way back.. he's got this uncanny ability to make me feel better when I'm upset. [thank you Mathew.] I didn't know what was wrong with it at first, but now I know exactly why it's not working and it sucks because it's still just sitting in my driveway instead of getting fixed. ugghhh... apparently my dad knows about this antifreeze leak that my truck has, and thats why it's not working.. it's too cold outside to keep all the liquids unfrozen.. so my truck wont work because it's too cold.. what the fuck kind of shit is that?!
My mom's been avoiding me lately... pretty successfully I might add. I don't know when I'm gonna be able to visit now.. I can't believe her.. she makes me so upset when she does shit like this.. she'll talk me up and tell me that she's gonna do something really important for me, and then she doesn't.. for example, the ONE time I had to go to court, she made me late.. she didn't get back to the house on time, and then the judge yelled at me..
Other than my truck breaking down and my mom being a jerk, things have been going pretty well lately.. Mat came up to see me this past weekend.. I'm gonna ask him to come up again on sunday because I don't know if my truck will be fixed in time to go down there. hopefully if i give him gas money or something he'll come up here. hahah. Him and I went out to eat dinner with my parents, and my dad bought us a few drinks each.. it was awesome.. we probhably would have gotten more, but we were all really full from eating mexican food.. it was alright, but the mexican food down in texas is sooo much better. I think that was a give in though.
maybe one of these days, instead of rambling about things that have been happening, I'll write something with more value on here again. hahah.
