phone help needed!
Attention, Badnarik supporters! We need help making some phone calls, and I don't have nearly enough volunteers in certain time zones. If you have a little spare time and don't mind making some survey-style phone calls, we could really use your help. The more people that volunteer to help, the fewer calls each of you will make. Pitch in and help your peers out. Out of all the LJ group, oishii_umiko has already offered her aid. She's a working mother, so I know you can too.
It's a fancy computer program that sends you the names and numbers of those to be called, automatically importing the information into our database. To help us, you will need:
- a phone
- an internet connection (must be used concurrently with phone)
- email capability
- your charming voice
If you are worried about a long distance bill, the campaign will reimburse you. Interested? Either drop a comment here with your actual name and email address, or send it to me in an email (emily@badnarik.org). Also tell me your state and time zone (especially the time zone if you live in one of those strange states like Arizona or Tennessee). I'll go over the project in greater detail at that time.
