Back at Hood
Well, I've been back for a while, this is just the first time I've wandered over to a public computer to mention the fact. :)
I was stuck in the Bangor, Maine airport for a extra day due to a flight delay. That was annoying but at least they put us up in a nice hotel room. Unfortunately we couldn't get into our checked baggage so I had to put the same smelly uniform back on after a shower...but meh. :) Anyways, I'll have Internet after TimeWarner Cable comes on the 31st, and I'll hopefully have my room somewhat situated so I will be able to post some pictures of my bachelor's pad (thankfully, no roommate...well, technically, I do have a roommate but he's already found himself an apartment off-post so I've got the whole thing to myself.)
Soon I will be in the market for a new computer. I was thinking about just going all-out with Dell and building the best system I can with them but I know I could build a system cheaper myself...if I was just better with inserting cards into slots and not snapping the connectors. I did okay with my last video card and memory upgrade on my old desktop, so maybe I'm finally geting the hang of it. If anyone knows some good places to look for components over NewEgg, let me know.
