Time for a festival!
Well, everyone's gathering over here and we're getting ready to head down to the festival in Hiratsuka. It looks like Piper managed to convince Kia to dress for the occasion. I'm going to change, too, but it seems like for some reason the men aren't as eager to participate. That's nothing out of the ordinary, though. Most men don't.
And I knew better than to ask Vegeta. I got him to agree to go; that's good enough. Kia brought lemon squares over, too, so he actually seems to be in an agreeable mood. Agreeable enough to put up with parades and fireworks and stupid sentimental humans. When he discovers all the food they have there, he may even be -- dare I say it? -- pleasant. And goodness knows he always seems to get such a kick out of parading Vicki around. She's so cute, I found her a traditional outfit too and it's absolutely adorable on her. For once, her father isn't complaining. Trunks and Bra have already gone ahead with some friends from school, of course.
Hmm, sounds like the natives are getting restless in the living room. It makes me think I'd better pack another case of juice boxes.
