Over and in, last call for sin...

So rather than read more of Jane Eyre, which I should have read all of at this point, I decided to update the old lj.

I have come to the conclusion that this week is going to be hell. Today I ended up skipping 3 classes (the only reason I went to Italian was because I can't afford to miss it). I got back to school at 6 this morning and just passed out on my bed until halfway through my second class. At that point, I realized I didn't do the response paper that was due in my 3rd class of the day so I said fuck it and went back to sleep. Not the greatest way to start the day. My dad and I almost got into two serious accidents on the way home today. For the first time, I was actually really afraid that I was going to die. Head on collisions are never fun. By the time I got home and whipped out Jane Eyre...I noticed that I still had to read 400 pages to finish the book and have an analysis of it done by Friday. Great.

In other news....my little passed his quiz. This is good because he won't get kicked out now. Krista and James (two of my good friends) got engaged over the break. I've been waiting for it to happen and I couldn't be happier for them. Plans for the benefit rock show for autism are underway and things are shaping up nicely. It's going to be held on April 24th (Tuesday) 7-11pm in the Ratt at Montclair State University...$6 MSU students, $8 non. Bands being featured are: The A-field, Honor Your Hero, Spread Thin and Legitimate Business. Shameless plug. Couldn't help it.

Things with John are great. I got to spend a lot of time with him over the break which was really nice. I really miss him even though I just saw him yesterday. For some reason, it feels like it's been much longer. Oh well....Thursday will come soon enough.

Part of me wants this week to fly by, but the other part wants it to drag out. I have way too much to do this week. I hate feeling stressed. Perhaps I should get back to my reading. Chapter 23 here I come.
