It is really disconcerting when the world starts treating you differently.

Someone needs to get that boy a good lunch and give him some quiet time to eat it.

Dee's world has been thrown off-kilter, the Chief is NEVER nice to him.

My thinking is that he was getting lunch for himself and Ryo, who was waiting with the car, but of course didn't get anything. So now Ryo has ducked out to get lunch for them both so that as son as Dee can get away from the press, they ca sneak up to the roof and eat.

I suspect t's a bit pained but he's trying to be polite because he'll be in trouble with the Chief and Commissioner Rose if he's not careful.
