What a pest, but Jack will help.I think they'll end at the hotel anyway. Jack can be very persuasive, but in this case he wanted to please Ianto

Jack will indeed help, I think they're taking turns with the jack until the van is up far enough to remove the wheel.

They might spend the occasional night at a hotel, but aside from the flat tyre they're both enjoying the trip.
