Tosh should lash out and treat herself. I bet there's plenty of times when geting undrrssed in front of teammates is unfortunately necessary. She should at least give them something nice to look at.

Poor Tosh just doesn't see the point in being extravagant when such items would probably get ruined the first time she wore them on the job. Owen needs to ask her out, then she'd have good reason to treat herself - and him!
