I like Jack being able to cook, although like anyone else, his efforts don't always go as planned.

The team (or three fifths of it anyway) are all reaping the benefits of their healthier diet. Now if Owen will just cut down on pizza and booze, he might be able to keep up ;)

Clever, sneaky Ianto and kind Jack to help him, when he won't do it for himself. Just shows how much they need to be together. Wonder if Owen will finally join in, if only to show he can, and from envy of the rest of the team's fitness.

Owen might sneakily improve his diet on his own, he'd never admit to Ianto that he needs to eat better. After all, he's the medic, he should know better.

Jack likes to be supportive, and he's proud of himself for helping Ianto. He'll never learn the truth because none of the others have any idea what Ianto was up to.
