Oh this is just brilliant! So many wonderful bits - way too many to list or I'd just be quoting the entire fic! Adored Ianto poking Jack unexpectedly, Nosy scared of the dark, the way Nosy the fluff is completely integrated into the team, the team banter and those gorgeous canes and all the descriptive details, especially Ianto's suit - I have him pictured clearly [and deliciously] in my head...

I don't think anyone could have resisted giving Jack a poke just then - least of all Ianto!

Nosy just wants to fit in, even if it's not always convenient =)

As for the canes, I was discussing things with either sariagray or totally4ryo, can't remember which now =S Anyway, the general opinion was that Ianto probably wouldn't use a cane, but then I thought he'd probably need SOMETHING on a long shopping trip. Couldn't work it out, then yesterday I suddenly had a brainwave, and it seems to have worked!

Must start writing the shopping trip soon...

There will be more Nosy-fic as soon as I can get it written as it seems to be quite popular. What was supposed to be a short one-shot somehow took on a life of its own and has so far generated three stories adding up to over 20,000 words! I can't believe I wrote all that 0_o

I really must make a Master List if I'm going to keep on writing!

How intelligent is Nosy, by the way? I'm getting the impression of possibly more intelligence than, say, a dog. Though that may be because I'm more of a cat person, hah.

Nosy is definitely smarter than a dog, probably as smart as a small child and quite capable of learning, as you'll discover (hopefully)in future stories, when I get around to writing them! However, it can be quite fluff-brained at times and doesn't always behave sensibly. It loves its new friends though - they're very entertaining!

Oh, if you do, please let me know how it turns out! I'm not very good at crochet, I'm mostly a knitter. I actually based Nosy on a small, fluffy soft toy I picked up somewhere, but adapted the idea for a much larger creature. It's developed a mind of its own now!

So pleased I could brighten your crappy day and make it a little less crappy - Nosy would approve!

NOSY!FIC!! I just bounced around my room like an excited puppy (or...Jack).

Oh, this was wonderful. I want a Nosy! And a pretty cane. And, while we're at it, just send the whole Hub over to my place.

This came out so well. I can definitely see how Mickey fits into the team; I like him there. Andy, too, but we didn't see him this time around. And the banter between Jack and Ianto is lovely. I can just see Ianto as an indulgent parent with Jack! Ha!

*Bounces too* Well, not literally as it wouldn't be good for my head, but I'm bouncing in spirit, that counts, doesn't it?

I wanted to do more with Mickey this time as I couldn't get a handle on him in the last one - you may have noticed he barely spoke! I started to get a feel for him this time though, and I'm quite pleased with the result!

I couldn't see Ianto being willing to use a cane, but I was pretty sure he'd need something if he was going to be on his feet a lot shopping, so I had to find a way to make it impossible for him to refuse and this is what I can up with in a flash of inspiration yesterday. He didn't want to upset Jack by refusing such a generous offer, and he'll find the cane a great help in the next story (which I have yet to start writing!) I've got a lot of disjointed ideas ambling around in my head which I've got to turn into something coherent! Wish me luck, I'll need it =S
