I know nothing about FAKE, and usually skip anything mentioning it, but took a chance here. Liked this, just a nice little scene. Too bad Ianto didn't get to sight-see, though.

It wasn't going to be a crossover, but I needed Ianto to interact with someone while he was in New York, so I figured why make someone up when I could use characters I already know and can easily write? You don't need to know anything about FAKE because this is Ianto's story, the kids were just handy, lol!

I hope I'll be able to send Ianto back to New York to sight-see some other time, using a more normal method of transport, preferably with Jack in tow. He deserves to get the chance.

I´d had love an episode with this argument, really. An interesting twist. And this had been a much better way of export / share the show that the horrible 4 season.

In Torchwood there are lots of imaginative reasons (and ways) to send characters to another country. Ianto enjoyed his brief visit, but he still wants to go back and see the sights.

I had fun with this, I adore Ianto and dumping him unexpectedly in the middle of New York was irresistible. Bikky and Carol insisted on meeting the stranger in their city.
