It would, although people would stare and a lot would probably run away screaming. Out in the country is safer, where they can have fun without being spotted.

Nosy would quickly draw a crowd, which would be a bad thing for the Fluff right now, but Ianto will make sure they go somewhere somewhere secluded where they can have a nice time safely.
