Yes Ianto is the grown-up. That is why Kathy went to talk to him.

Tosh is also one, she gets her job done. That is why Ianto and Tosh are BFFs

Rhys is also in that group.

Owen should know better, but when he is near Gwen he losses something.

Yes - his temper! Gwen is good at irritating people.

At least Ianto got them sorted out and doing what they should be doing. Jack already was, but Ianto still sometimes feels like disowning him when he's flirting like that, even though it's being done to distract people. He's embarrassing.

You can always expect some disharmony in a team. Anyway it would be boring if they all just got on all of the time lol.

She likes Ianto, probably better than she likes Jack even though she's warmed up to him.

Great fun. Ianto exerting his authority. Gwen and Owen know better than to defy him. They dare not risk decaf. Some of the men might want to abandon their partners and have a try for Jack. Kathy and Ianto get on really well. Oh how I wish she was police contact; in my head she is.
