Surely Nosy can lick itself clean, with much enjoyment. Jack will find a substitute treat for Ianto which they'll both enjoy. I'm sure he has some chocolate body paint for example

Nosy will eat the ice cream, but it will still have a sticky patch that needs washing. Jack will do that while Ianto enjoys his new ice cream. They can dig out the body paint after work ;)
