We used to when I was little, me and my sister in a peddle boat, or more often a paddle boat, oh the boating lake. It's been over 40 years though, I don't even know if you can rent boats there now. Probably have to wear life jackets these days to go in them.It used to be such fun!

Gosh, I haven't seen one of those since I was a kid. They do lend themselves to the romantic couple though *comes over all warm and fuzzy*

Yes, I would also regain the enthusiasm of youth. Often your stories allow me to remember the small moments of happiness.
These days, I find that everything becomes difficult and hard. I struggle to motivate myself and find things that make me happy, make me want.

News around the world, the weather always sad (it rains every day for at least a month and more !! not always a lot but the sun is often present with little gray clouds, and then the wind refreshes all)
I think this is partly because I am in middle of my life and my hormones are changing. I recently stop treatment I was taking for years and I felt an improvement, but it takes time.
Fingers crossed that the weather gets back and I can enjoy the sun to recharge my batteries !!

I know how you feel. Ever since I left 50 beg=hind I've been slowing down. Tired all the time, aching joints, days fly by without me getting much done... Writing takes me to happier places.

It's been raining every day here too. It's cold and miserable most days. I just want some warm, sunny weather.
