Ummm, maybe a little, but mostly because of a Kenny Chesney song called Coastal. The idea just stuck in my head and if it also evokes Sir Terry's Going Postal, who am I to complain?

Thank you! I wanted to have some lighter moments, give everyone a chance to enjoy themselves. It all must be a bit overwhelming for Ianto and the Wombles, they're all adjusting to a lot of strange things, plus the Wombles are recovering from being enslaved. A day at the beach seemd like a good idea.
