Well, Ianto isn't MAKING Owen have those dreams, it's the dream inducer doing it (which Tosh will figure out how to turn it off when things let up and she has time to look at it. Owen must have hidden fantasies that even he doesn't know about. Or perhaps he just envies Jack's prowess. ;)
