Dang, poor Ianto! It's sad that the team didn't seem to be able to take care of themselves.

But the archives....oh dear. I think that would have bean a life-long job.

It's amazing the team survived before Ianto came along.

The archives, yeah, that's not going to be as easy as cleaning up the Hub!

Oh poor Ianto. Even God got to rest on the seventh day, I guess coffee gods don't get quite the same perks! I bet at the end of those 7 days Torchwood 3 wondered how they did without Ianto (& his coffee!). Really enjoyed the insights into his first week!

Coffee gods are minor gods and their worshippers demand constant coffee supplies. Poor Ianto. And just when he thinks he's getting to grips with his duties, Jack pulls the rug out from under him by adding the archives to his To Do list.

I'm thinking, just for a fleeting moment, Ianto thinks they deserve a cyberman in the basement when he sees the state of the archives.

Well, he still thinks Lisa is human, so he probably thinks more along the lines that they deserve to be used and tricked because they're certainly making full use of him! Poor boy still believes he and Lisa will be out of there as soon as she's well again.

He's the general dogsbody. Sorry, General Support Officer. To him fall all the jobs no one else can be bothered to do. If he thought the first week was tough, it went downhill from there.
