Oh no! *gentle hugs* You have my sympathy! One of the best bits of advice I got was to remember to take slow, deep breaths, don't try to breathe shallowly all the time, that just makes it worse and can lead to lung problems. Other than that, all you can do is take painkillers and avoid heavy lifting. Hope you'll feel better soon =(

thanks. It was only muscle pull and its on my side so it doesn't hurt while I try to breathe only when I move a certain way or cough
