Summary: Rose and the Doctor get caught out in a storm.

There’s a storm raging around them like nothing Rose has ever seen before. Lightning crackles in the air, filling her nose with the sharp scent of ozone.
“Shouldn’t we try to find shelter?” she shouts over the booming thunder and howling wind.
She’s not sure the Doctor can hear her, even though she’s clinging to his arm to keep from being knocked off her feet, but he points with his free hand.
“Rocks!”
Rose can see them dimly through the hair that keeps blowing in her face, and lets the Doctor pull her towards them.
He grins. “Bracing, isn’t it?
