A/N: Double drabble.
Ianto had an unfamiliar spring in his step, and it was bothering him; it wasn’t natural. Every step he took, he bounced off the ground. Frowning distractedly, he bounded his way across the Hub and down into Owen’s domain.
“Something’s wrong with me,” he said as he reached the bottom of the steps, rebounding off the floor before gently settling back down.
His announcement was enough to drag Owen’s attention away from some specimens he was studying through his microscope. Ianto NEVER admitted to anything being wrong, even when he was clearly injured or unwell.
“You what?”
“Something’s wrong.”
Owen swivelled his chair around. “That’s what I thought you said. What’s the problem?”
“How about this?” Ianto stamped one foot and floated eighteen inches into the air, drifting down only to bounce a couple more times. “You can’t tell me that’s normal.”
“You’re right, I can’t.”
“So fix me!”
“How?”
“I don’t know! You’re the doctor!”
Just then, Jack appeared at the railings. “Ianto, weren’t going to wear this?” He held up a butt-plug.
Ianto blushed. “I thought I was.” He bounced over. “Must’ve picked up the wrong thing by mistake.”
Jack grinned. “I wondered where my anti-gravity device was.”
